Ambassador 3.2 Release — "Hiro, Widgets, Logs & Conversion Tracking"

New reward and loyalty widgets, smarter Hiro AI, audit logs and login tracking, Stripe Credits, custom domains via GoEntri, and a fresh landing-page templating system. Here's what shipped in Ambassador 3.2.

Release date: April 1, 2026 — more to come

Overview

Ambassador 3.2 focuses on Hiro AI enhancements, expanded widget capabilities (especially around rewards and loyalty), a new logs and monitoring layer, and deeper tracking and conversions infrastructure including Stripe credits, smart redirects, and custom DNS via GoEntri.

What's New

Widgets — rewards and loyalty. New reward-balance and reward-catalog widgets (including redemption history inside the catalog widget), a public release of loyalty and reward widgets, mobile responsiveness support, widget version restore (roll back to a previous version), and styling enhancements to the standard component set. Widget code now only loads on whitelisted domains for better security. A new dropdown input component was added to the widget editor.

Hiro AI — foundation enhancements. Further enhancements to the Hiro AI assistant, building on the 3.1 foundation.

Logs, audit, and monitoring. A new audit-logs and login-attempts feed for Admin and Storefront (tracking failed and successful login events), a new "system errors" notification type, admin in-app push notifications, and standardized platform error formats exposed to the frontend so users see clearer, more actionable messages.

Smart Redirects. A new integration for routing link clicks through intelligent destination rules.

Stripe Credits. Integration with Stripe's credit system.

GoEntri DNS integration. Automated DNS configuration for custom landing-page and storefront domains.

Landing Pages — templates. A new landing-page templating system so teams can publish consistent, reusable page layouts.

Integrations framework. A skeleton and baseline first version of a reusable integrations framework — the foundation for more pluggable third-party integrations going forward.

Rewards improvements. Custom sort order for rewards in the Portal catalog; "Fraud" status renamed to "Flagged" with support for denying/approving/deleting flagged rewards; resend-email feature for fulfilled rewards; new columns in the monetary rewards table; exposed order metadata fields; reward-revoke support for Storefront-fulfilled rewards.

Automations & bulk actions. New "starts with" filter option for automations, auto-selection of the campaign in reward outcomes, fixes to "Select All" bulk-action behavior so filters are always respected, and improved bulk-action button layouts for smaller screens.

Email delivery tracking. A new last_email_delivery_status field on the contact record so you can see the most recent delivery state without digging through logs.

Widgets / Landing page health monitoring. Automated health checks for published widgets and landing pages, so broken installations get flagged proactively.
