- A set of default roles ships with sensible permission sets out of the box.
- Permissions are enforced consistently across the admin.
- Custom permissions let you build roles that match how your team actually works.
- Users who reach a screen they don't have access to now see a clear explanation along with the name and email of an admin who can grant access.
- Roles can be created inline while adding a new user, rather than as a separate step.
- Full documentation is available.

New
Logs A new logs interface is available in the admin. System activity is now viewable and searchable directly in the platform, with documentation published alongside the release.

System error notifications A new "system errors" notification type alerts admins when the platform encounters an error affecting your account.
Widget and landing page health checks Widgets and landing pages are now monitored automatically. If one stops responding as expected, the platform detects it and raises an alert.
New automation triggers for reward notifications Additional triggers are available when building automations around reward notifications, giving you more control over when advocates are notified.
Improvements
- Order metadata fields are now exposed in the reward table, so order context is visible without leaving the rewards view.
Fixes
- Corrected an issue where coupon codes were not tracking consistently with what was displayed.
Security and platform
- Applied security updates to platform dependencies.
- Migrated US tracking snippet infrastructure to improve delivery reliability.
