April 29, 2026 - Navigation Update — Audience, Library & Intelligence
Three sections in the Ambassador 3 admin have been consolidated to align with our nine-engine architecture. Your data, programs, and reports are exactly where you left them — just under a clearer structure.

What's unchanged

All account data, programs, pages, widgets, reports, and dashboards are in place.
-
Direct URLs to existing programs and reports continue to resolve.

FAQ
1. "Where did Audience Activity go?"
It is now a tab inside Audience. All historical activity, segments, and lists live in the same place as your audience records. Click Audience in the left nav. The Activity tab is the second tab from the left. Nothing was deleted. URLs you have bookmarked still resolve.
2. "Where did Loyalty go?"
Loyalty is now part of Library. Library is the new home for everything you build inside Ambassador. Loyalty programs, content blocks, pages, and widgets all live under one section. Click Library in the left nav. Loyalty is the first sub-section.
3. "Where are my pages and widgets?"
Library, Pages and Widgets sub-section. Same builders, same edit history, same publishing flow. Just one click in from a section called Library instead of three separate top-level sections.
4. "Where is the Performance Center?"
It is now called Intelligence. Same dashboards. Same reports. Same data. The rename reflects what the section actually does, which is surface AI-powered intelligence on program performance, attribution, and predicted outcomes.
5. "Did I lose any data?"
No. Nothing was deleted, archived, or moved out of your account. Phase 1 is a navigation change. Every record, segment, program, page, widget, report, and dashboard is exactly where it was, but accessed through a consolidated menu structure.
6. "Will my saved bookmarks and links still work?"
Yes. Direct URLs to programs, pages, widgets, and reports continue to resolve. We have not changed object IDs or routing. If you have a link saved that does not load, send it to support and we will redirect it.
7. "Will this break my integrations or API calls?"
No. Phase 1 is a UI change only. The API, webhooks, integrations, and data model are unchanged. Nothing in the integration layer references the legacy section names.
8. "Does this affect my reports or attribution?"
No. All reports continue running. All historical data is preserved. The Intelligence rename is cosmetic. The attribution model, multi-touch logic, and Hiro Score outputs are unchanged.
9. "Are more changes coming?"
Yes. This is Phase 1. Additional phases will continue aligning the admin experience to the nine engine architecture across GROW, KEEP, and PROVE. We will give you advance notice before each phase, with playbooks like this one. No phase will remove functionality or delete data.
10. "Do I need to do anything?"
No action required. Log in. Look around. The new structure will feel obvious within a few minutes. If you train new team members, point them to the updated knowledge base article at http://knowledgebase.getambassador.com/ambassador-3-navigation-overview .
