  • Content:

    • Briefly introduce the rewards program and its benefits.

    • Clearly explain how the program works.

    • Highlight the incentives offered.

    • Include a clear call to action (e.g., "Join Now," "Learn More").

    • Provide a link to the program page for more details.

 

Post-Purchase Invite

Send an email to a customer after they've made a purchase, to invite them to join the program.

  • Subject: Join Our Rewards Program!

  • Content:

    • Briefly introduce the rewards program and its benefits.

    • Clearly explain how the program works.

    • Highlight the incentives offered.

    • Announce any changes or improvements to the program (e.g., new rewards, updated tier structure, partnerships).

    • Explain how these changes benefit the members.

 

Product / Company Update Emails

Share product and/or company updates with enrolled participants as a way to engage and provide content for them to utilize when referring and sharing your brand.

  • Content:

    • Announce the new product/company update (e.g. new features or services).

Send an email to all enrolled participants to promote something important for your business, such as a limited time referral/purchase bonus, asking them to signup for a webinar, or a reward bonus for referrals during a specific holiday.

New Ambassador Nurture Emails Sequence

Schedule an email series to nurture newly enrolled ambassadors that provides content to ensure they're success. For example, you can send an email once a week for the first month they're enrolled (4-email series).

  • Content:

    • Email 1 - Welcome Email (send a welcome email either from the referral campaign or disable and send from the flow.)
