Overview
Go to Rewards & Payments → Tax Management to review advocate YTD earnings, W-9 statuses, and rewards that are currently on hold.
Two tabs keep the important advocates in front of you:
- Threshold Reached — advocates at or past the earnings limit. This is your action list: anyone here without a MATCH status has paused approvals.
- Approaching Threshold — advocates between the collection threshold and the limit, with their Reward Approval status and when the last request was sent.
Filter by W-9 status, contractor type, submission date or threshold status, and switch the Tax Year to review previous years:

Click any advocate to see their full tax picture — earnings, approval status, their (masked) tax information, documents, and a Request history of every email sent and every change made:
